Tipping is customary but not mandatory. Most clients tend to give a tip ranging from 10-20%.
We require a credit card on file, signed Terms and Conditions, and a 50% booking fee to hold your date/time slot. If your service date is within 30 days, full payment is required.
Cancelling/Postponing: You will owe 50% of your current balance or the total of any payments made, whichever is more. If you owe a balance and are less than 30 days from your service date, LV is entitled to collect the remaining balance. Reduction of Services: There are no refunds for unused time or reductions of services, and time cannot be transferred to separate reservations.

If you need extra unscheduled time during service, we will do our best to accommodate, but there is no guarantee. In the event that you run past your allotted time, you are billed in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate you currently have.
